The acting work of Tom Hardy and Chris Pine‘s has a new fan and no less than the Call of Duty director.

With that said, and the potential attention it can draw, it wouldn’t be a surprise if a movie is born.

Movie houses have been trying all the time to work with video games studios for years, and Call of Duty could be a real potential with Sollima in play!

But even if a deal comes to close, it’s still early for those cinema tickets.

Kieran Fitzgerald, reportedly launched the script for a Call of Duty potential movie, but without the names of the potential famous leading actors, which could in turn sell enourmous number of cinema tickets, drawing nice profits in the box office with a brand of leading actors.

Quite often, movie directors will try to hire actors that they’ve worked with in the past.

In a conversation with Sollima, Metro UK, he disclosed that he is a mad fan of Chris Pine and Tom Hardy.

When the answers weren’t relative to whether if Sollima desires them for Call of Duty movie,  his words carried positive mood for the duo to participate in his movie.
In between the lines Sollima when talking about Hardy‘s livelihood explained:

I mean, I like almost everything [he’s been in]. I’m waiting for his Venom. Even in Mad Max, he was great.

Shifting his interest in Chris Pine, he continued:

He’s tough, but he’s smart and he can have a sense of humor but he can [also] be in such a dramatic role. I like when you feel that an actor can play with different nuances and tone because this means they’re a good actor.

Even if that voiced curiosity coming from Sollima is not about a potential Call of Duty movie, its merely a surprise which Sollima believes Hardy and Pine to be among the finest in the movie industry.

With Pine’s astonishing performance in Wonder Women and Hardy‘s unique acting performances one cannot doubt Sollima’s taste!

But if Sollima‘s curiosity about Hardy and Pine will come into play to film Call of Duty movie version, they’d be the perfect for the job!

As ex collagues in the “This Means War” with a romantic & funny background, it would be rather interesting to see them
perform in a war raged movie like Call of Duty should be! Two popular names as Hardy & Pine would no doubt push the movie on top of most earning box office movies.

Beside, apart from the movie fans there will be rather huge interest in the gaming community as well.
